故障解决:结合车主反映的问题并试车,初步认为可能是空调压力过高导致压缩机不工作。为此首先检修空调系统的管路,发现空调压力在正常范围内,同时对冷凝器和蒸发箱进行了清洗,??认散热系统良好。再次试车,发现该车冷气突然消失,压缩机不工作。经过分析??认,压缩机一般在以下几种情况时不工作:①发动机急加速工况。②水温高于125℃。③空调系统的高压系统压力大于320kPa。可是经过检查,这些情况都不存在,那就只剩下电路的问题。首先检修空调系统的熔丝,一切正常。在该空调电路里,空调系统压力开关F129很重要。它的主要作用是当系统压力过低(大约小于200kPa)时,切断空调压缩机,当压力太高(大约大于3000kPa)时,切断系统工作,以保护压缩机;当制冷剂循环压力升高时,提高散热风扇风速,优化冷凝器性能。拔下空调压力开关F129插头,当A/C开关接通时,测量2号端棕/白线应为12V电压,实际测量结果为0V。于是查找电压?尺常的原因,顺着连接线路,发现在发动机左侧转向助力泵罐饰罩下有一过渡4针转换插头,拔下后发现接头不知由于何种原因被浸水,已被?椴化造成空调线路不良。清洁接头后故障排除。

总结:对于空调故障,只有全面了解空调工作原理、传感器、压力开关功能以及控制线路,才能又快又准地解决问题。
