海福星熄火?企动后立即熄火的故障


Breakdown phenomenon:

故障现象:40000多公里,海福星在制动和转弯时熄火,?企动后也立即熄火,?企动后发动机抖动。在保养时曾更换过汽油格。车主在?企动时踩下油门后才勉强开到我厂,曾在路上死火10几次。

故障排除:接车后?企动果然如车主所说,观察故障灯没有亮,但还是用x-431读取故障码,没有故障码,但从该车熄火现象看,应该是怠速控制不住。于是读取数据流,侧重看怠速控制阀,在?企动时怠速控制阀没有动作,于是拆下怠速控制阀和辅助空气阀,发现有很多积炭,用化清剂清洗后装上,一切正常。
