故障现象：40000多公里，海福星在制动和转弯时熄火，?企动后也立即熄火，?企动后发动机抖动。在保养时曾更换过汽油格。车主在?企动时踩下油门后才勉强开到我厂，曾在路上死火10几次。
故障排除：接车后?企动果然如车主所说，观察故障灯没有亮，但还是用x-431读取故障码，没有故障码，但从该车熄火现象看，应该是怠速控制不住。于是读取数据流，侧重看怠速控制阀，在?企动时怠速控制阀没有动作，于是拆下怠速控制阀和辅助空气阀，发现有很多积炭，用化清剂清洗后装上，一切正常。
